As we all know, we are all mentally conditioned about many things from the day we are born. This may happen because of the influence of society, parents, teachers, friends, media and other things. As a result of these inhibitions a lot of our potential stays hidden within us.
For example, a child at a school may want to be an actor, singer, cricket player or an accountant. But because of the influence of people around him, he’s forced to pursue a different profession, which is considered very prestigious in the society.
So as the saying goes, he’s more a spectator than a player!
The potential, talent and dream lying deep down within a person can make him a unique and successful individual.
We believe in nurturing the dream of an individual by helping him/her to be more self confident, self reliant, dynamic, responsible, self driven and proactive.
This programme has been designed to help an individual realize his potential and be successful in whatever he/she takes up in life. This programme can be customized as per the requirements of the institutions.

well....i'm Abitha vaitheeswaran and i've completed my Bachelor of Engineering recently. In my final year,Ashok sir came on 12th October,2010 to my college(Sona college of technology)to conduct a mock interview. Before starting the mock, he gave us a short speech which was mind blowing. He made us to understand that,it's highly necessary to be an active player than to be a passive spectator to win in this competitive world and he inspired many through his speech. Felt Great and elated to hear his speech!!!
